Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Hit and Run Division are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) that fled the scene of a Hit and Run fatality.
On Sunday, May 14, 2006, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., Eric John Schlueter was riding his bicycle eastbound along the roadway in the 35500 block of Old Hempstead (or Business US 290), when he was struck and killed. According to witness accounts, HCSO accident
investigators believe that the vehicle may possibly be a maroon or red Chevrolet / GM model pickup.
Crime Stoppers and private sources are offering up to $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and charging of any suspect(s) involved in this Hit and Run incident. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). All callers remain anonymous.
