Houston homicide detectives need your help solving the Dec. 14, 2009, murder of Merlene Dee Patterson, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Investigators said on that morning around 9:30 a.m. police were called to the Valero Gas Station on 6690 W. Airport Blvd in southwest Houston.

When they arrived, officers found Patterson's body behind the car wash at the gas station, investigators said.

Anyone who might have seen Patterson is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
