My ex-boyfreind and father of my 21 year old daughter was murdered on 10/13/1990 in West Portland. He suffered eight gunshot wounds. Houston PD were nearby at the time of the shooting, pulled over a group of men fleeing the scene, but did not make an arrest. His family has been waiting for 20 years for resolution.

Have you followed up with police about this case? as a family member, your daughter is entitled to be updated. It does not mean the police can tell her everything, but at least it gives the police a chance to open the file and take another look.

I hope this can be solved.
