Curtis was shoot and killed March 10, 2006 in front of a Houston Club around 1 a.m.

I think that it is time for people to start talking, this was a club. We are talking about alot of people. Someone had to see something. Is the family pushing for answers?

this was my husband....if the police would talk more to the friend named mo who was with him at the time and gained possession of his phone afterwards there would be leads to the case...someone had to see something...he was three times in front of a crowded club...someone need to come foward....he was a good young man....he had kids and a wife

Are you still in touch with the police about this case? Maybe it is time to bug them again to get going. This case is solvable.

have you ever considered a PI to see what he\she can dig up?

i went as far as knocking on suspects doors....... the police do nothing......houston crime support is a joke.....the police say that the witness say that it was self defense......then they say it was bad drug deal gone wrong...i also called channel 2....all this did was stress me and depress me.....if all the witness who were there say negative untrue things and i wasn't there and that they can't make anyone come in ....their exact words were it's not like tv... how can someone who was surrounded by friends get shot and no one see....

I guess that leaves with with 2 options.

1 - hire a lawyer to get more answers from the police
2 - hire an PI to dig even deeper.

It is very sad and probably expensive, but it appears no one is taking this seriously right now.

I think the PI might be best route. at least they should be able to gain access to official documents or get an official explaination.

once they know you are serious, it does change things.
