Hank was murdered July 10th 2008 at the executive Inn. KBTX recently did a News Special Report called Murder at the Crossroads. John Paschall District Attorney tape was revealed of him threatening to stop Hanks murder.

Hank Johnson murder case on youtube Spunky 6180 has revealed the tape linked to the DA threatening Detective Steve Stokley to stop Hanks murder case because of the DA John Paschall's Brother in law involvement. As of today the DNA taken at the exhumation March 24th 2010 over a year ago now has not been revealed. Over a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just watch the videos. It is even more shocking to watch that, then anything I have heard in a long time. I am sickened by what I saw.

I updated the first post on this thread to include many of the details so other can read.

I am very happy that KBTX did this special report. Something needs to be done. Something does not feel right. Someone out there must know something, and I hope they will be brave enough to come forward and tell investigators what they know. Or, contact Sandi and let her know.

Here  are the pictures of the two guitars stolen from Hank the night he was murdered.  They said they sent them to the lab to be fingerprinted. Except there is not a  spot of fingerprint powder on them except house dust. knob missing,string  broken and a crash on the bottom. I took posssession of  them today from  the Bill Turners District Attorney's office./ Can you post this to show the  people it came back home today at 5:00 after 3 years?

Hank Johnson lived in Pasadena, Texas but was   working on a construction site in Robertson County Texas in July of   2008.  On July 10, 2008 Hank Johnson was severely beaten in his hotel   room in Hearne, Texas.  He was rushed to the hospital but died as a   result of his injuries on July 21, 2008.
Johnson was a man of many talents who loved   to entertain and teach children.  His family and friends dearly miss him   especially his two children.  If anyone has any information on this   case they are urged to call Crime Stoppers.

Below you will find the Death Federal Lawsuit of  Hank Johnson will take place September 19th in Waco Federal Court of Judge  Smith.. Hank Johnson was brutally attacked and robbed July 10th at the  Executive Inn in Hearne and left for dead and died from his injuries 11 days  later in a coma and released from life support July 21,2008. 2010 he was  exhumed from his grave. he is survived by his wife,two  children,mother,father,and sister. The guitars were returned to the mother  recently.

FEBRUARY 6 & 7TH OF FEBRUARY 2012 WAS THE  CIVIL MURDER TRIAL OF HANK JOHNSON
 
THOMPSON WAS FOUND TO BE LIABLE FOR THE BRUTAL  BEATING AND DEATH OF HANK JOHNSON. THAT HE ALSO GOT THE GUITARS OUT OF HANKS  ROOM. HE ALSO WAS LIABLE FOR SELLING THOSE GUITARS. THE MOTEL THE EXECUTIVE INN  AND OTHERS INVOLVED WITH THE BEATING DEFAULTED. THE AMOUNT AWARD WAS 8.6  MILLION DOLLARS.

    Pasadena Man now a COLD CASE,WHERE 27 year old  CAPITAL MURDER VICTIM BRUTALLY BEATEN in Hearne,Texas,ON July 10,2008 will be 4  years.
     HANK JOHNSON was brutally beaten with a baseball  bat in Hearne Texas where his heart stopped beating but 28 minutes later came  back.Yes Hearne is in Robertson County with DA John Paschall,however 3 hours  later in a hurry to save his life they finally got  Hank to a hospital in Bryan Texas. He died again after laying in a coma for 11  days. Bryan is in Brazos County which the DA is Bill Turner. Even with 2 DA's  and a Cival Federal Court in Waco, where a jury who found Trey Thompson guilty  of beating and causing Hank's death, there are no indictments. He was also  found guilty in Robertson County of stealing Hank's guitars and got 6 days in  jail. 4 years since July 10,2008,now a inactive case,unsolved.
