Lazarus was robbed and shot in the parking lot of the condos on April 24, 2006.
He was selling sneakers from his white Chevy van at the time.
Police said the shooters took off in Lazarus’ van. The van was recovered the next day, but the killers were never found.
Lazarus’ father on Wednesday made a plea for help finding the suspects responsible for his son’s death.
“You fathers, you mothers, you don’t want this kind of thing to happen to your son and daughter. That’s all we are asking for – justice,” he said.
