On Monday, September 30, 1991, Deputy   Roxyann Allee was abducted as she walked to her vehicle in the parking   lot of Greenspoint Mall in north Harris County. A short time later   Deputy Allee’s body and vehicle were found.
 
 Anyone with   information about the murder of HCSO Deputy Allee is asked to call Crime   Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (713-222-8477). After 20 years, deputy's killers remain on the loose
  HOUSTON (KTRK) --    It's been 20 years since a Harris County deputy was abducted in north   Harris County and murdered, and the case still hasn't been solved.    Investigators hope a $10,000 reward will help bring her killers to   justice.

Witnesses gave   police a description of two suspects.  One is a black male, standing   approximately 5-foot-9.  The second was also a black male in his late   20s to early 30s.  He was tall with a muscular build.
