Cory Eugenel Watts, serial killer, Harris county 1983 cont.. Can not remember his apprehension date.
He was an oil field service worker. Houston Police Homicide did the very best  job they could do with these homicides but I feel Coryl Watts failed to tell of some; likely he did not remember all.
Coryl died in a Michigan prison sometime in 2008. He came from Lansing to Houston. In the Lansing area he was thought to have committed 50+ homicides of females.

Of interest if the referenced victim was found to have been sexually insulted this will probably rule out Watts.

I think Watts was picked up in 81 or 82, so 1986 would be well after he was behind bars. too bad Watts kept his mouth shut right up until the end, I am sure there is more then what he was convicted of.

I wonder how sick and capable 15 year old Steven Hobbs was when this happened down the street from him. He grew up in the area and of course is now linked to killings in East Harris County and maybe others.
