Who Murdered Eric & Brandi Boutte?


Crime Stoppers and HPD Homicide investigators are asking the public’s help with information leading to the solution of the June 28, 2003 Capital Murder of BOTH Eric “Bookie” Boutte and his wife Brandi BOUTTE at their home in the 7900 block of Lynette in northeast Houston .

Eric & Brandi arrived home in separate vehicles that night, and were approached by several heavily-armed black males dressed in dark clothing. Brandi was shot at close range with a shotgun before she could exit her vehicle. Eric was taken inside the house, and then escorted outside to the rear of the house, where he was shot numerous times. Both Eric & Brandi died at the scene.
