At approximately 2:50 a.m. on Monday, August 6, 2007, tenants at the Parkwest Place apartments at 10161 Westpark heard gunshots and called police.

Arriving investigators found 33-year-old Samuel “Sam” Rodgers dead in the doorway of his apartment.

Evidence at the scene indicated Mr. Rodgers likely knew who shot him, as keys found in the apartment belonged to a rented red Dodge pickup sitting in the apartment driveway.

No one could find out who rented the truck. I'm not sure but is there any way to fingerprints off keys?Once again it's a cold case has anyone been back to ask questions?
