Damien was murdered on June 19, 2006.  He was returning home from the Fiesta store at Gessner and Braeswood to the apartments at 8701 S. Braeswood.  He has never been posted on a flyer; ruled a homocide in a possible robbery attempt.  He had no criminal activity; good student; had his eye on a college education and career as a cpa; appears no effort to find his killer.  He wanted a soda and cookies.  Damien Bishop's killer has never been found; no flyers; no rewards.  I dont even think his murder has mattered to law enforcement.

I hope the police will add this case to crime stoppers. An innocent young person with no ties to crime murdered in cold blood while walking home from the store is a terrible crime and the person who did this is a threat to the safety of the community.

Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
