Lamarques McWilliams, 33, was charged Wednesday in the death of Pamela Ann Goss, 50, whose body was found April 2, 2006, in the 1900 block of Mansfield.

Houston police said DNA evidence connects McWilliams to Goss' killing, five aggravated sexual assaults, and the death of 21-year-old Jasmine Clark, whose body was found Jan. 19, 2006, in the 6000 block of Cebra. Clark's cause of death could not be determined
