Jarrad Randolph Blue Magic night club 1702 Bland - April 22, 2007

Jarrad Robert Randolph left the Blue Magic night club at 1702 Bland shortly after 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2007. As he
drove down Bland Street, another vehicle, approached from the opposite direction, but blocking Jarrad’s right of way. Jarrad
asked the other driver to move his vehicle so Jarrad could pass.

The other driver fired at Jarrad, striking him numerous times. The other driver fled the scene in a light gray 4-door 1999-2000
Cadillac Seville with with 22 inch wheels and nice rims. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’11"-6’00", dark complexion, 140-150 lbs, with braided hair and wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts.
