On Sunday Night, February 25, 2007 at approximately 11:30 P.M., Rickey Davis went to the Hawthorne Apartments, located at 15770 Bellaire Blvd., to visit unknown persons. At approximately 1:00 A.M., an unknown person chased Davis down the apartment complex driveway and fired multiple gunshots at him. Davis died from his gunshot wounds at the scene.
